Distribution Center Manager(Job description)
SUMMARY:
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the warehouse and fleet and ensure compliance of sorting, warehouse, and fleet personnel on the standard procedures upon arrival (unloading), sorting, and departure (loading) of parcels in the trucks including the monitoring of the performance of both regular and agency hired personnel to ensure positive results.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of Logistics Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field.
2. With at least 7 years experience as Manager, preferably in a related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversees all Distribution Center, Warehouse, and Fleet-related functions including inventory, physical distribution, maintenance and record keeping as well as related functions, and the timely dispatch of trucks, transfer receipt of stocks and requests, efficient monitoring of in-house vehicles, objective and economical choice of forwarders, and control of stocks at all times.
2. Evaluates the system of distribution, inventory management, transportation and route management, outsourcing, warehouse management system, and other supply chain integration initiatives.
3. Ensures that shipment or delivery delays and claims due to damage or pilferages are coordinated to Shipping Lines and Forwarders immediately.
4. Evaluates and reviews shipping lines and forwarders rates, including timecards and other billings of the center.
5. Plans and leads the personnel in systematically executing their specific tasks.
6. Maintains teamwork and high productivity among subordinates and administers the implementation of systems, procedures, and rules and regulations of the company.
7. Oversee the seamless transition of goods from pick-up to deliveries on-time, in-full, and in good condition.
8. Monitor channel capacity and communicate with key stakeholders to develop plans in case of gaps in order to minimize cost to serve and impact to customers.
9. Recommend options and game plans for logistical activities.
10. Investigate failures, identify, and understand root causes, as well as drive, continues improvement.
11. Oversee recruitment, training, and lead J&T Express’ fleet of drivers and driver-partners along with Fleet Supervisor.
12. Conduct regular meetings, orientation, and training as deemed necessary in ensuring smooth logistics execution.

TRAINING MANAGER(Job description)
SUMMARY:
The Trainer is responsible for facilitating training for Operations-based employees and implementing industry-leading training programs for Express. He/She is required to assess current training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. It is also necessary to conduct research to identify specific staff training needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in the field of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years relevant work experience in Training & Development or similar field preferred.
